This is a basic kickboxing aerobic course that utilizes kickboxing skills and drills in a cardiovascular workout to obtain health and fitness benefits. This course will improve your cardiovascular system, improve coordination, flexibility, strength and sharpen your reflexes. Students will also learn about the basic history of kickboxing, benefits, exercise guidelines and participate in a non equipment based kickboxing class. You will be working out with one of Memphis's leading personal trainers in the privacy of your own home. Let's get started!
